This dress has a sleeved jacket and no jewels. I’m trying to make sure the size 16W will fit me and the sleeved wrap/jacket will fit my larger sized arms. I normally wear a 16 regular. I do not have time to order the wrong dress or the wrong size. Thank you

Is the US size exactly as described? If I normally wear a 16 and order a 16W, will I have ample room? I have larger upper arms. Is their ample room in the 16W jacket? I prefer my clothing to be loose, not tight. This will be for my daughter’s wedding, which is coming up soon, so I cannot make a mistake in choosing the right dress. Thankyou
