The jacket was beautifully made and finished. The sizing seemed to be a little on the small side. However, when I found my purchase was a little tight across the back they sent me the next size up at no extra cost and even said it was not necessary to return the original! I thought this was very good customer service and had found the on line facility for resolving problems easy to use and very effective with prompt replies to my queries.

Thank you, for an excellent product and classic design! As some former reviewers suggested, I opted for one size larger and it fits perfectly. I am normally a size 4 but ordered size 6. Sleeves are longer than in picture of tall model. Be aware of prep & shipping time, as it will take as long as they say it will take. Not the company’s fault if you don’t read those terms. Over all, I am absolutely satisfied with all the services provided and appreciate the opportunity to express my thoughts about this company, their products and services.

This jacket is pretty. I purchased it for its color and as a covering for a dress I had purchased earlier from Redway. I was surprised to see that the jacket had no labeling in it about the name brand, or about the care of the item, or any description of the fabric. It has lots of sheen and it has a tailored fit.

This jacket was the only thing in this order that I liked. It looked like the picture just make sure you go up a size or 2. Nice item.

Definitely worth reading the reviews. I made the mistake of not doing that when I bought the first Bolero. It is absolutely worth the money, it is beautiful. The very first one I bought was exactly 2 sizes smaller. I’m normally a size 6, and I had to size up to a size 10 it fits beautifully. Can’t wait to wear it.
