Power Adaptor
Hi, a bit confused if these have adhesive backing for it to be stick to the wall? One question "Yes" and the other "No". Thanks!
1 answerHi, thank you for pointing out the conflicting information. We apologise for the confusion. The listing does not clearly confirm that this LED strip has adhesive backing, so we cannot guarantee that it can be stuck directly to the wall. If adhesive backing is essential for your installation, we recommend using suitable outdoor-rated adhesive or mounting clips to secure the strip.
how do I secure these light to the wall.
are these adhesive, will they stick to wood.
1 answerHello! Thank you for your question. This LED strip light does not have an adhesive backing. It does not stick directly to the wall or wood by itself. We recommend using LED strip clips, mounting brackets, or suitable adhesive clips to secure it in place. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
Cob Led light Strip fixing
I want to fix this to the floor of my garden room which has a terracotta tile floor. How is this product secured in place? Do I need some kind of diffuser over the Light strip,?
1 answerHi, Thank you for your question. This COB LED strip comes with a self-adhesive backing, which allows it to be fixed onto smooth, clean, and dry surfaces such as tiles. For better durability on a terracotta tile floor, you may also use additional fixing methods like mounting clips or clear silicone adhesive to ensure it stays securely in place, especially in areas with foot traffic.
What is the length of cable? from the lights to the plug.
1 answerHello, thank you very much for your question. The length of the cable from the lights to the plug is included in the total length of the LED strip you select. For example, the strips are available in 2m, 5m, 8m, 10m, 12m, 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m, 40m, and 50m options. The plug and switch are included with the set, and the cable length is built into the overall design to connect directly to the power supply.
can they be dimmed using a dimmer switch?
can they be used with a dimmer switch?
1 answerHello, thank you for your question. No, these LED strip lights cannot be used with a dimmer switch.
