I can not get the bkade to raise to cut? And what is the white button for? Thanks, Roy Johnson
1 answerHello! Thank you for your question. If the blade is not raising, please make sure the device is fully charged and switched on. The nail should be inserted into the designated cutting opening; the blade is designed to operate automatically rather than being manually raised. The white button is used to operate/control the nail clipper. Please press it while the device is powered on and follow the product instructions. I wasn’t able to find a reliable manual specifically for this exact model, so I wouldn’t want to give you incorrect instructions. If the blade still does not move, please send us a photo of the device and its buttons, and we can help identify the controls.
I received my device ut after 3 days charging it will not work? What can I do? Roy 412-512-3966.

1 answerHello Roy, thank you for contacting us, and we're sorry to hear that the device is not working after charging. Please try using a different charging cable or power adapter and make sure the charging connection is secure. If the device still does not turn on, please contact Customer Service with your order details so we can assist you with the next steps.
No matter how long i charge it it will not work
I have no idea how to get it to work? Roy Johnson
1 answerThank you for contacting us. We’re sorry to hear that the nail clipper is not working even after charging it. Please make sure the charging cable is securely connected and allow the device to charge fully. After charging, disconnect the cable and press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it on. If it still does not work, please check whether any indicator light comes on while charging. If the device still won’t turn on after these steps, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist you with the next steps.
How long does it take to charge? Should the little light be on when plugged in to charge?
1 answerHello! Thank you for your question. The charging time for this electric nail clipper is approximately 2–3 hours. When plugged in for charging, the indicator light should turn on to show that it is charging. If the light does not come on, please try using another charging cable or power source and make sure the connection is secure. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
